We're extremely pleased with Glen. We hired him to do our tiny kitchen renovation and we're very impressed with the end result. With the kitchen being small, there were problems along the fitting process to which Glen adapted and provided excellent solutions. The team is professional, hard-working and very pleasant to work with. They also tidy up at the end of the day, which is very much appreciated as we were living in the property at the time of the works. Glen and his team did exceptional work on a very difficult job, replacing a very badly laid floor over underfloor heating. Glen was always professional, reassuring and willing to explain everything patiently to a total novice! He was also always willing to go the extra mile and do extra work to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We're really pleased that we went with Imperial Developments for a loft conversion on our 1930s property. The work was completed earlier this year during a spell of cold weather and they delivered a hip-to-gable loft conversion with a dormer. It was a matter of weeks from removing the existing roof to making the new structure watertight.

We had regular meetings with Glen during the project and he guided us on when we needed to order fixtures and fittings to site. I'd recommend listening carefully to his advice on which suppliers to use.

Glen proposed solutions and patiently discussed these with us when challenges arose. For example, there were issues with the architectural drawings, but Glen took this in his stride and worked out the right approach. Team members were onsite daily and sometimes at weekends to ensure the job kept moving forward.

Glen and his team were exceptional. Not only with the craftsmanship and beautiful finish of our new kitchen, skylights, new doors, flooring and patio but they were all lovely people. I will always use Imperial Development for our home - we cannot rate them enough and one of us is fussy!!! (ok, me) Always on hand to help co-ordinate all the different elements which is incredibly helpful when both of us have a full time job and are also trying to be parents. Glen was calm and patient  - as it was our first ever building work he guided us through all stages of the process including budget.  . I used Imperial Developments for renovations work that needed doing in my home. Glen and his team have done a fantastic job! -  New ceiling, plastering, spotlights, new switches, filling recessed walls and tiling - they can do it all and so much more! Each team member is specialised in their part of the project. Glen is super organised, great to work with and very responsive. I've been working with Glen for a couple of years now as a tiler. Fantastic team of builders each and every one. Deadlines are always met. Clean and tidy. But above all. Amazing finishes. I'd always recommend Imperial development above all. A company that really knows what they're doing and they do it well. This company don't mess about. We used Glen and his team to build an extension and to carry out some significant structural works on our Victorian property. The job also involved moving waste pipes across the rest of the house, as well as moving a bathroom from the ground floor to the first floor.

Glen approached this in an analytical way and devised a clear process for the work. This meant that the work was carried out in a methodical and structured way, with Glen organising every aspect of it. We had some unexpected issues along the way and had to install some additional steels and dig some additional foundations. Glen was able to adapt to this and ensured the work was done to a fair price.

In summary, our work was completed on time (despite the significant unexpected items) and on budget. The finish is absolutely amazing; Glen works to very high standards. Throughout the process we felt that Glen was brilliant at communication. He was always happy to talk through the project with us and took control of all Building Control visits. We will definitely be using Glen and his team again when we come to work on another part of our house. I 100% recommend Glen - if you use him you will not be disappointed.
